In our house, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply

Cancellation rules sound annoying and are annoying.

On the other hand, things can happen unexpectedly.

Please inform us in advance.

• Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
• Up to 14 days before arrival: 45%
• Up to 10 days before arrival: 75%
• Less than 10 days before arrival: 90% of the travel price

For late arrivals or early departures, 100% of the travel price will be charged.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!

You can also take out travel cancellation insurance with us at favorable conditions.
